7 WAW is a wellbeing platform founded by Radwa AlNesr, offering Vocology-based individual and group sessions, educational tracks, and community programs grounded in the 7 WAW Method™.

Our Services support wellbeing through voice, sound, and somatic practice. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and an admin confirmation email is issued.
• Prices, session lengths, and program inclusions are listed on the relevant pages and may be updated from time to time.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

• Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before the session start are accommodated when possible at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• If we must cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

7 WAW is a space of respect and care. You agree not to harass, harm, record without consent, or disrupt other participants, practitioners, or our staff. We reserve the right to remove anyone violating this standard without refund.

All content on the platform - including the 7 WAW Method™, written material, audio, video, branding, and curriculum - is the property of 7 WAW or its founder and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. By booking with us you agree to receive transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts). Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 WAW and its founder, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or program giving rise to the claim.

Our platform integrates with trusted providers for payments, email delivery, video meetings, and calendars. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7 WAW operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
