Embodiment
Somatic awareness of voice
Embodiment is the practice of inhabiting the body as the ground of awareness — and the voice as the bridge between interior sensation and the outside world.
What it studies
Where voice lives in the body: the pelvic floor, the diaphragm, the chest, the throat, the skull. Somatic vocal work tracks held tension, frozen breath, and the unfelt edges of the self.
Why it matters in 7 WAW
A voice cut off from the body is brittle. A voice rooted in the body is unshakable. We work with felt sense as the compass of every session.
